Books and cards
Q: Can newborns use the tail books?
A: Yes, from birth, with supervision. Babies enjoy the sound and colours first, then grab the tails as they grow.

A: Hand-wash in cool water with mild soap and dry flat.
Q: Are the flashcards waterproof?
A: They are thick, sturdy cards; wipe them with a slightly damp cloth.
Bath kneelers
Q: Why won't the suction cups stick?
A: Clean and dry the tub edge first, then press each cup firmly.
Q: Can I machine-wash the pads?
A: Hand-wash is safest; let them dry fully before use.
Orders
Q: Where do I order?
A: Every Shop button opens the store that sells the toy; price and delivery are shown there.
Q: Who handles returns?
A: The store you bought from handles orders, returns and warranty claims.
